Foodie Friday: My Last Meal

My kitchen is boxed up. It’ll be takeout for a bit. I’m a little worried about that electric stove in the new home. And will it be able to handle my Le Creuset pots?
I did manage to squeeze one last meal out of whatever we had in the fridge.
the onions were exceptionally strong

need to finish up the alcohol as well. I do love a vermouth as an apertivo

I added the onions, spinach and orzo to the pot

complete with vegetable broth, fat back, lemon grass and anything else lying around

sauted salmon filets with garlic and shallots

my last meal is served

I also baked tea biscuits, chocolate chips and mini marshmallow in the oven for 5 minutes at 350 for a decadent smores dip
