Shabu Shabu is a Japanese dish featuring thinly sliced meat cooked in broth at the table. I first had it at a friends house. From then on, I’ve made it at home with a twist.
I buy the meat at HMart. I use whatever vegetables and sauces we have on hand, and then we cook it all up in the fondue pot. It’s loads of fun.
